Most of the time our children do a great job at staying on top of their assignments, but never fail, at some point this year a crisis will emerge that will leave you (the parent) looking all over your house for critical school supplies. You will not find them. Consequently, you (again, the parent) will end up making a less than desirable trek at a less than desirable time of night to procure something.
Since most of us will probably have some sort of shopping trip ahead of us this weekend, PACA wanted to provide you with a short list of supplies to have on hand so you can avoid this nasty circumstance.
If you have a Lower School student, we recommend keeping these items in stock:
Construction paper
Sheet of poster board
Set of markers (with all colors working!)
Small package of photo paper for printing
Empty shoe boxes
Variety of stickers
Ziploc bags (variety of sizes)
Glue sticks and scotch tape
If you have an Upper or Middle School student, your list is a little more significant:
Printer ink (must have!!!!)
Printer paper
Note cards
Flash drive
Folders
Several poster boards
Protein/breakfast bars and bottled water (for when they forget that they are providing advisory snacks, and it is 7:45am)
Pens, pencils, sharpener, scissors, stapler, highlighter
What did we forget? Let us know and we'll keep the list going!
